Before founding the firm, Rebecca spent 13+ years in public accounting and federal financial advisory, including engagements with Deloitte and BDO. She's advised the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on technical accounting and federal compliance, managed a $1.1 billion portfolio of U.S. Department of Education grants, and helped return more than $280 million in FEMA disaster recovery funding to Texas communities.

She's a CPA candidate pursuing licensure and is about to complete her Doctor of Business Administration in Finance & Public Administration at the University of the Incarnate Word — four years of doctoral study — alongside an Executive MBA at Our Lady of the Lake University, building on a Master's in Nonprofit & Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in Accounting.

After years bringing that level of rigor to federal agencies, law firms, and multi-entity companies, Rebecca started this firm to make it available closer to home — to individuals, 1099 professionals, and small businesses across San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley, and DFW, without the overhead of a big firm.
